Welcome to Qiutrex, a digital platform designed to connect you with businesses near you, help you find services and products in your neighborhood, and provide you with a clean, organized way to search and explore multiple options. By using Qiutrex, you agree to the following unified Terms of Service, Privacy Policy, and User Agreement (collectively “Agreement”). Please read carefully before using our services.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account, browsing, submitting a business, making a purchase, or using Qiutrex in any way, you agree to be legally bound by this Agreement. If you do not agree, you must not use Qiutrex.

2. Services We Provide

Qiutrex offers:

  • Directories: Verified business listings that are discoverable by location and category.

  • Stores: A marketplace for products and services offered by businesses.

  • Wallet: A secure digital wallet for payments, transfers, and transactions within the platform.

We reserve the right to expand, update, suspend, or remove services at any time.

3. Business Submission & Authenticity

Businesses must provide accurate, complete, and truthful information when creating listings. Submitting false or misleading information will result in suspension or permanent ban from Qiutrex.

  • Contact details (phone, email, website) may be required for verification but will not be automatically displayed publicly.

  • Listings are only released to serious, verified customers once Qiutrex confirms interest.

  • Businesses agree that Qiutrex may verify their identity, business documents, and other credentials before approving or showing a listing.

Failure to comply will lead to removal and possible restriction from the platform.

4. User Responsibilities

As a user, you agree to:

  • Use Qiutrex for lawful purposes only.

  • Not abuse, spam, or attempt to manipulate listings or search results.

  • Respect businesses by making genuine inquiries only.

  • Keep your account information (including wallet details) secure.

Qiutrex is not responsible for losses due to unauthorized access caused by negligence on your part.

5. Payments & Wallet Usage

Qiutrex provides a wallet feature that allows you to fund, transfer, withdraw, and make payments.

  • You are solely responsible for securing your wallet PIN and account credentials.

  • Transaction history will be available in your dashboard.

  • Qiutrex may charge fees for certain transactions, which will always be disclosed upfront.

  • Fraudulent transactions will result in account suspension and possible legal action.

6. Privacy & Data Protection

Your privacy is important to us. By using Qiutrex, you consent to our collection and use of data as outlined below:

  • Data Collected: We collect personal information such as name, email, phone number, and wallet activity. Businesses may be required to provide additional documents for verification.

  • How We Use It: To connect you with local businesses, facilitate secure payments, improve search results, and prevent fraud.

  • Data Sharing: Qiutrex does not sell user data. Business details are shared only with verified, serious customers after confirmation.

  • Security: We work to protect your information using reasonable safeguards (for example, HTTPS, access controls, and regular software updates). Where possible, we use encryption in transit and at rest. Still, no method of storing or sending data is perfectly secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security. If we learn of a breach that affects you, we will notify you and provide guidance. You can help by using a strong, unique password and being cautious of phishing.

7. Restrictions

You may not:

  • Impersonate another user or business.

  • Post fake or misleading listings.

  • Circumvent Qiutrex’s system of releasing verified business details.

  • Use Qiutrex for unlawful transactions, including money laundering or scams.

Violation will result in termination of account and potential legal consequences.

8. Intellectual Property

All platform content (logos, design, systems, and features) belong to Qiutrex and may not be copied, resold, or reproduced without permission.

9. Limitation of Liability

Qiutrex acts as a connector between businesses and customers. We do not guarantee the quality, safety, or legality of goods or services provided by businesses.

You agree that Qiutrex is not liable for:

  • Business disputes or unsatisfactory services.

  • Losses from wallet misuse due to negligence.

  • Temporary downtime or technical issues.

10. Account Termination

Qiutrex may suspend or terminate accounts if:

  • You violate this Agreement.

  • You submit false business details.

  • Fraud or suspicious activity is detected.

Users may also delete their accounts at any time.

11. Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of Nigeria. Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration conducted in Lagos, Nigeria, in accordance with the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, Cap A18, Laws of the Federation of Nigeria. The arbitration shall be conducted in English. The governing law of these Terms shall be the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. The decision of the arbitrator shall be final and binding.

12. Updates to Agreement

Qiutrex reserves the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated terms.
